How to withdraw funds from the balance

In this section, you will find the step-by-step guide on how to withdraw funds from your Traiex account. We will explain how to safely and quickly transfer your funds to another address or platform.
In order to withdraw funds from your Traiex account, you need to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the “Security” section of the menu. Instructions on how to enable 2FA can be found here.
Follow these simple steps to withdraw assets from your balance at any time.
1. To withdraw assets from your Traiex balance, open the “Wallets” menu in the top right corner and click “Spot” to go to your spot wallet.
2. Click the “Withdraw” button.
3. Select the currency type “Stablecoin” or “Crypto”.
4. Select the desired asset from the list of available assets or use the “Search” feature.
5. Select the transfer network (for currencies available on multiple networks).
Make sure that the selected network matches the one to which the recipient's address is linked. An incorrectly specified network may result in a loss of funds.
6. Select the desired withdrawal method from the available options and click “Next”.
You can select the address to withdraw from the list of saved addresses.
7. Enter the desired amount for withdrawal.
Please notice the minimum amount available for withdrawal. It may vary depending on the asset and the selected network.
8. Enter the address for withdrawal in the appropriate field or scan the QR code with the address by clicking on the scanner icon.
9. Activate the “Fees” switch if you want the transaction fee to be deducted from the withdrawal amount rather than charged additionally.
10. Click the “Withdraw” button.
11. Confirm the transaction using the verification code on your email and the 2FA code in the Google Authenticator app.
