📃How to create a trading order
The Traiex platform offers two markets for trading cryptocurrencies: spot and futures. In this chapter, you will find detailed instructions to help you open your first trade and master the basic functionality for trading on the crypto exchange.
Spot Market Trading
Spot trading is the actual trading of crypto assets at market price. You buy or sell a certain amount of coins that are stored (or will be stored) on your spot balance.
1. To start trading, click on the "Trade" menu and go to the "Spot" section.

2. Click on the button with the coin on the left side of the screen to open the menu with available assets.

3. Select the desired cryptocurrency pair to start trading.
You can add an asset to your “Favorites” by clicking on the star icon.
4. In the right-hand menu, select “Buy” or “Sell” cryptocurrency.

5. Select the order type in the “Limit”, “Market”, and “Advanced” tabs.
Learn the functionality of each of them to create the most personalized orders possible.

6. Configure trading parameters such as order type, limit price, stop price, number of coins, order execution time, etc.

7. Click the “Buy Order” button (or “Sell Order”) to place an order on the spot market.

8. Wait for the order execution and funds to be credited to your spot wallet.
If the order execution time you set has expired and the order has not been executed, it will be automatically canceled, and the frozen funds will be returned to your balance.

Futures Market Trading
Futures trading allows you to trade contracts on the future price of assets rather than the assets themselves. They enable you to profit from both rising and falling markets.
1. To start trading, click on the “Trade” menu and go to the “Futures” section.

2. Click on the button with the coin on the left side of the screen to open the menu with available assets.

3. Select the desired cryptocurrency to start trading.
You can add an asset to your “Favorites” by clicking on the star icon.
4. Select your preferred margin mode for the selected asset.

5. Select the desired leverage.

Ensure that you have sufficient assets in your futures balance. You can transfer assets from your Spot Wallet to your Futures Wallet in the “Wallets” menu.

6. Select the order type in the “Limit”, “Market”, and “Advanced” tabs.
Learn the functionality of each of them to create the most personalized orders possible.

7. Configure trading parameters such as limit price, number of coins, stop loss, etc.

8. Click on the “Buy / Long” or “Sell / Short” button to place an order.
A long position is a bid on price growth. You open a trade expecting the asset to rise in price and earn on the difference between the purchase and sale.
A short position is a bid on a price decline. You open a trade when you believe that the asset will fall in price and earn by buying it back later at a lower price.

9. Wait for the execution of the order.
