💰How to deposit cryptocurrency to an account balance

In this topic, we will tell you how to deposit funds to your Traiex account so that you can start trading cryptocurrencies. Learn about the available deposit methods and follow the instructions to deposit funds to your account.

Three types of currencies are available for you to deposit: fiat money, stablecoins, or other cryptocurrencies. In these instructions, we will cover the methods to deposit your Traiex balance from another address (hot wallet or DeFi platform) with the cryptocurrencies available in the list.

1. To deposit, open the “Wallets” menu in the top right corner and click “Spot” to go to your spot wallet.

2. Click the "Deposit" button.

3. Select the currency type "Stablecoin" or "Crypto".

4. Select the desired asset from the list of available assets or use the “Search” feature.

5. Select the transfer network (for currencies available on multiple networks).

• Make sure that the selected network matches the one where your assets are stored at the other address. An incorrectly specified network may result in a loss of funds.

6. Select the desired deposit method from the available options and click “Next”.

7. Copy your Traiex spot wallet address for the selected currency and network.

• If this is the first time you are depositing with the selected cryptocurrency and network, the system will ask you to create a new address for it. To do this, click on the “Create Address” button.

8. Go to the platform where your crypto assets are stored and paste the transfer address in the relevant line. You can also scan the QR code of the address in your cryptocurrency wallet's mobile app.

9. Enter the amount to transfer and send the funds to your Traiex balance.

10. Wait for the transaction to complete and the funds to arrive on your spot wallet.

To deposit your Traiex balance from a MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coin98 Super Wallet, XDeFi, or Phantom account, you need to:

• select the appropriate deposit method, if available for the selected cryptocurrency and network;

• create an address (if you are depositing for the first time with the selected cryptocurrency and network);

• copy the address;

• open the MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coin98 Super Wallet, XDeFi, or Phantom mobile app;

• select the feature to send funds and paste the copied address into the appropriate field;

• fill in the required fields and send assets to your Traiex balance.
