# Payment Services and Traiex Card

Bank and card funding routes, Traiex Card, the separate EUR spending balance, top-ups and foreign exchange.

Bank and card on- and off-ramps connect the exchange with external funding and withdrawals. Users can fund their account and withdraw through supported routes, each with its own currencies, verification, charges, and processing conditions. Funding routes and Traiex Card are available without an AI Trading subscription.

## Separate EUR Spending Balance

The branded Traiex Mastercard provides virtual and physical cards and supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. Spending uses a separate EUR balance. A card payment does not automatically draw on capital assigned to an active AI Trading strategy.

The user initiates funding of the card balance. When cryptocurrency is used, conversion determines the EUR amount credited for spending. Funding, conversion, and the card transaction are separate operations with their respective costs and conditions.

## Top Ups and Foreign Exchange

Card top-ups carry a 2% charge. The amount credited in EUR depends on the net funding amount and applicable conversion rate.

Foreign-exchange charges can be up to 1% for relevant spending in a currency other than EUR. The transaction currency and conversion affect the total cost. Users review the funded amount, resulting EUR balance, and transaction amount when assessing spending costs.

The card and operation terms define limits, processing, settlement, and any other charges applicable to the requested action.

## Acceptance and Issuance Eligibility

Mastercard acceptance describes where a card can be used, subject to merchant, network, sanctions, and programme rules. Eligibility to receive a card depends separately on residence, identity documents, verification, and programme conditions. Merchant acceptance does not establish an individual's eligibility for issuance.
