# Wallet and Funds

Deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers and checking the result.

Open **Wallets** in the Exchange header. Use **Overview** for a summary, **Spot** or **Futures** for the relevant wallet, **Transaction History** for movements and **Account Statement** for account records.

## Read the right balance

**Total Balance** and **Available Balance** answer different questions. Funds committed to orders, positions or pending operations may not be available to move. The Futures wallet also shows **Available for Transfer**. AI Trading capital is tracked separately in the automated trading workspace.

## Deposit crypto

1. Open **Wallets → Spot → Deposit**.
2. Select the asset and a supported network.
3. Read the minimum amount and confirmation requirements shown.
4. Copy the deposit address and any required **Memo/Tag**.
5. In the sending service, choose the same asset and network. Check the address and Memo/Tag before sending.
6. Follow the transaction in **Transaction History**.

The sending and receiving networks must match. An incorrect network, address or missing required Memo/Tag can prevent crediting or cause loss. Sender fees and receiving requirements should be checked for the selected route.

## Withdraw crypto

<figure><img src="https://703630284-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F8psVxZuwtDTq9hcLkVYJ%2Fuploads%2FkJ0hgQmLucFJqXRLbP8H%2Fwithdraw-en.svg?alt=media&#x26;token=721c1202-129d-4e6f-a45a-74bf8222114e" alt="How a withdrawal progresses"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Open the relevant wallet and select **Withdraw**.
2. Select the asset and network supported by the recipient.
3. Enter the address, required Memo/Tag and amount.
4. Review the available balance, minimum, fee and amount to be received.
5. Confirm and complete the security checks requested on screen.
6. Check the withdrawal record and TXID when available.

Withdrawal minimums, fees and processing conditions depend on the selected route. Use the values shown in the form; do not apply a single USDT minimum to every asset or network.

> **Withdrawals are processed automatically.** If screening through Chainalysis or Elliptic identifies elevated risk, the request may be routed for manual processing. Processing time then depends on the review; the team may request additional information. After broadcast, receipt also depends on blockchain confirmations and the receiving service.

## Transfer between your wallets

Use **Transfer**, choose **From** and **To**, select the asset and amount, then confirm. The redesign shows transfers between **Spot Wallet** and **Futures Wallet**. Check the destination wallet after completion.

## Send to another TRAIEX user

**Send to** is a separate action from transferring between your own wallets. Choose the recipient using a supported identifier, such as username, UID or a saved recipient. Check the recipient and amount before continuing.

## If funds are missing

Check the correct wallet, transaction status, asset, network, address, Memo/Tag and blockchain confirmations. If further information is requested, provide it through official support. Avoid repeating a withdrawal while its outcome is unclear.

Send [Support](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/support) the transaction ID, time and timezone, asset, network, amount and a description of the issue. See [Transactions](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/transactions).

## Request cancellation of a withdrawal

Cancellation is available only through support and only while the current processing stage still permits it.

1. Open the withdrawal in **Transaction History** and note its reference and current status.
2. Contact [TRAIEX Support](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/support) promptly and identify the withdrawal you want to cancel.
3. Wait for the confirmed outcome and check the original record before submitting a replacement.

A **pending** status does not guarantee cancellation. Sending a support request does not mean the withdrawal has been cancelled.
