# Transaction History and Statuses

Find the relevant record and check whether an operation is complete.

Use the history that matches the operation you want to check.

| Orders or the terminal's order tabs | Order status and executions. |

## Find a record

1. Open the relevant history.
2. Choose the date range and available operation filters.
3. Check the asset, amount, time and status.
4. Open the record's details where available.
5. Compare the destination balance or related order.

A balance transfer and a trade are different events. Moving funds into a strategy is not itself a profitable trade. An internal transfer may have an operation ID without a blockchain TXID.

## Read the status

**In Progress** means processing has not finished. Check the record for a review request, required action or estimated processing time. Do not assume that this status always means nothing is needed.

**Completed** means that the operation is recorded as finished in that history. For an external transfer, also check its network details and the receiving service if the funds are not visible there.

For any failed, rejected or cancelled state, read the reason shown before trying again. Do not submit a duplicate payment while the original outcome remains unclear.

## Why a withdrawal is under review

> **Withdrawals are processed automatically.** If screening through Chainalysis or Elliptic identifies elevated risk, the request may be routed for manual processing. Processing time then depends on the review; the team may request additional information. After broadcast, receipt also depends on blockchain confirmations and the receiving service.

## Keep the relevant identifiers

For a support request, include the operation ID, TXID if applicable, asset, network, amount, date, time and timezone. For an order issue, include the order ID and trading pair.

Available history filters and retention may vary by product. Use **Account Statement** in Wallets when you need the account records provided there.

## Choose the right reference

| Identifier | What it locates |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Operation ID | A payment, withdrawal, transfer or other record in the relevant TRAIEX history. |
| Order ID | A trading or P2P order; include the product and pair where relevant. |
| TXID | A blockchain transaction on the selected network. |
| Provider reference | A purchase, sale or payout in the payment provider's system; keep the provider's name with it. |

Keep both references if one operation has a TRAIEX record and a provider record. A provider reference is not a blockchain TXID, and an internal transfer may have no TXID.
