# TRAIEX Card

Check card eligibility, add funds and review transaction conditions.

TRAIEX Card provides a virtual and physical Mastercard with a shared balance in EUR. Available assets can be converted and transferred to the card for supported purchases and cash withdrawals.

The card balance is separate from funds committed to trading strategies and open positions.

## Before applying

Open **Traiex Card** from the platform's ecosystem links and review availability for your country, residence requirements, verification and current program terms.

The product distinguishes **Standard** and **Extended** verification. Follow the procedure offered to you; the extended level may involve an additional bank review or call. The bank's decision and transaction rules still apply.

A label such as “Unlimited” does not mean every transaction, merchant or cash withdrawal is unrestricted.

## Fund the card

Use the card funding flow in your account. Select an available asset and review the conversion into EUR, the funding fee and the amount credited before confirmation.

Only use assets available for this action. Capital in open positions or strategies does not automatically become spendable card balance.

After funding, check both the card balance and the source transaction.

## Use and manage the card

Review card details and available controls in your TRAIEX account. Apple Pay, Google Pay, online purchases and ATM use depend on the supported card, region and program conditions.

Before confirming an operation, check:

* Card status and available EUR balance.
* Transaction limits and verification requirements.
* Funding, currency conversion, purchase or cash withdrawal fees.
* Any merchant, payment wallet or ATM restrictions.

Use the current **Тарифы и условия** (fees and terms) section for applicable charges. A promotional example does not replace the terms shown for your card.

## If an operation fails

Check the card status, available balance, limits and the decline message. If the outcome of a charge is unclear, review its record before retrying. Contact official support with the operation reference, time and error; do not include full card details or OTP codes.

## Check the funding and currency fees

| ------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Card top-up                          | **2%**                                                     |
| Payment in a currency other than EUR | Conversion fee **up to 1%**, separate from the top-up fee. |

Before confirming a top-up, compare the source amount, conversion, fee and **EUR amount to be credited**. Afterwards, check the available EUR card balance; a source debit alone does not confirm that funds are ready to spend. Other charges and limits follow the current card terms.
