# Trai Personal AI

Give your assistant a task, review the response and manage credits.

Trai helps with explanations, analysis, documents and preparation of actions. It is separate from **AI Trading**, which executes the automated strategy you have configured.

You do not need to keep a Trai conversation open for AI Trading to operate.

## Open Trai

Use **Trai** in the platform header or the Trai entry offered inside the AI Trading workspace. The full AI workspace is available at [ai.traiex.com](https://ai.traiex.com).

Describe the result you need and supply the relevant context. For example:

> Explain the difference between realized and unrealized PnL for the strategy I am viewing. Separate open positions from closed trades.

For a trading plan, specify the market, budget and constraints, and say whether you only want a calculation. A prepared plan or scenario is not evidence that a real order has been placed. Check the actual order and transaction records for execution.

## Subscription and credits

AI Trading subscriptions include basic Copilots and a monthly credit allowance. The allowance depends on the subscription level. Additional credits for personal or more complex tasks can be purchased using available **TRAIX**.

Extra credits for personal tasks are separate from the automated strategy's operation. Check the amount charged and the credits granted before topping up. Tokens locked in **TRAIX Freeze** are not available for credit purchases.

## Context and source material

Give Trai the goal, relevant period, data sources and desired format. When using prior context, verify that it still matches the current task.

Review numerical results and assumptions before using them. An AI response does not replace the actual order confirmation, wallet record or product terms. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, private keys or recovery secrets.

## Confirm actions

Financial actions prepared by Trai require your confirmation. **Trai cannot initiate transfers or withdrawals.** A historical test or virtual simulation does not execute a live trade. Saved memory is user-controlled and can be deleted.
