# P2P: Buying and Selling

Compare an offer, complete payment and check the asset transfer.

P2P lets users buy and sell cryptocurrency with each other using the payment methods offered in a listing. The payment to the seller and the crypto transfer are separate parts of the transaction.

## Read an offer

The illustration shows **Buy → USDT**, **EUR**, and an amount of **1,000 EUR**. Check the current offer conditions inside your account before creating an order.

| On screen   | How to read the example                                                    |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Price       | Seller A offers 0.92 EUR per USDT.                                         |
| Available   | 8,500 USDT is the remaining offer quantity.                                |
| Order limit | 100–5,000 EUR; a 1,000 EUR order fits this range.                          |
| Payment     | Bank transfer; check the exact details inside the order.                   |
| Calculation | 1,000 ÷ 0.92 ≈ 1,086.96 USDT before any applicable fees and form rounding. |

Compare price, limits, available quantity, payment method, seller history and order terms. Review the final amount before creating an order.

## Find an offer

Open **P2P**. Select **Buy** or **Sell**, choose the asset, and use the fiat currency, amount and payment filters. The redesigned page includes **Market**, **+ Create Ads**, **My Ads**, **P2P Profile** and **Help Center**.

If the page shows **No Data Found**, clear restrictive filters or try another available combination. An empty list does not confirm that all P2P services are unavailable.

## If you are buying

1. Choose an offer and read its price, limits, payment method and terms.
2. Enter the amount and create the order.
3. Follow the payment instructions inside that order.
4. Mark payment as sent only after actually making it.
5. Check the order status and confirm that the crypto reaches your wallet.

If you have paid but the crypto has not been released, use the order's help or dispute route. Do not pay a second time without resolving the original payment.

## If you are selling

1. Choose an available buy offer or create a listing if your account is eligible.
2. Read the order details and wait for payment.
3. Check receipt in your own bank or payment account.
4. Release the crypto only after verifying actual receipt and the order details.

A screenshot, message or “paid” status is not proof that money has reached your account. Escrow for crypto should not be understood as custody or a guarantee of the buyer's bank payment.

## Create and manage an advertisement

Use **+ Create Ads**, review eligibility and complete the fields offered by the form. Check the side, asset, price, order limits, payment methods and terms before publishing. Use **My Ads** to manage existing listings.

Available advertisement settings and permissions depend on your account. Use the options shown in your form.

## Get help

Keep the discussion and evidence in the platform's order flow. If payment details do not match or a counterparty asks you to act outside that flow, pause and contact **Help Center** or [Support](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/support). Do not release crypto under pressure.
