# Express Buy

Review the total cost of buying crypto with fiat currency.

Express Buy is a way to buy cryptocurrency with fiat money through the available payment options. It differs from Spot trading and from converting one cryptocurrency into another.

## Buy cryptocurrency

1. Open the buying options in **Buy/Sell Crypto** and choose the available fiat purchase flow.
2. Select the currency you will pay with, amount and cryptocurrency to receive.
3. Choose an available provider or payment method.
4. Review the rate, all displayed fees, expected amount, destination and payment instructions.
5. Complete the provider's verification and payment steps.
6. Check the purchase status and the receiving wallet.

The wallet interface indicates that Express Buy requires ID verification. Availability, methods, limits and processing time depend on the region and provider.

Do not assume a payment method is saved for future purchases. Follow the options offered by the selected provider. Never send another payment merely because the first purchase has not yet appeared.

## Express Buy, Convert or Spot

| Exchange one cryptoasset for another using a quoted calculation | Convert, where available.                        |

In **Convert**, choose the assets and amount, inspect the calculation and confirm only after checking the rate, fees and amount to receive. A preview is not a completed exchange.

## If a purchase is delayed

Check whether the payment was accepted, declined or is awaiting verification. Read the provider's status and avoid duplicate payments. Contact the provider or [TRAIEX Support](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/support) with the order reference, asset, amount and payment time. Do not include full card details.

## Sell crypto and receive fiat through a provider

TRAIEX also offers crypto-to-fiat sales through available providers. The provider, currency and payout method depend on your region and the transaction. A card or bank payout may be available; an available purchase route does not guarantee the reverse sale.

1. Select the cryptoasset and amount to sell, fiat currency and an offered provider or payout method.
2. Review the exchange rate, all displayed charges, **net fiat amount** and recipient requirements.
3. Complete the provider's verification and follow its funding instructions. If a crypto transfer is required, match the asset, network, full address and any required Memo/Tag.
4. Keep the provider's reference and check the sale status together with the receiving card or bank account. Delivery of crypto and crediting of fiat are separate stages.
