# AI Trading: Getting Started
Choose a plan, review the costs and start Base or Pro.
AI Trading runs automated strategies using the capital and settings you choose. **Base** and **Pro** operate on Spot without leverage. Trading can produce losses, and neither a subscription nor a selected risk mode guarantees profit.
## Open the workspace
Select **AI Trading** in the main header. From the public page, use the open-panel link and sign in if required. The workspace navigation includes **Dashboard**, **Trading**, **Transactions** and **Profile**.
## Choose a subscription
An AI Trading subscription lasts **365 days** and is paid upfront. The subscription payment, trading capital and purchase of TRAIX are separate costs. You supply your own trading capital.
> **The subscription applies only to AI Trading.** Manual trading, order tools, deposits and withdrawals, bank and card funding routes, and TRAIEX Card are accessible without it and retain their own fees and conditions. Trai can also be used independently through credits.
**How to read the table:** Trial and Lite include Base. Growth and higher plans provide Base and Pro. The limit applies to their combined capital; the subscription price is separate.

The plan limit applies to the **combined capital assigned to Base and Pro** within one subscription. Pro is available from Growth: this plan permits **up to 30%** of eligible trading capital in Pro. For higher plans, check allocation conditions when selecting a subscription. Base and Pro can operate simultaneously within the plan's conditions.
Before activation, review the total charge, validity dates, available strategies and allocation limits in the confirmation screen.
## How the platform share is calculated
The standard split of a positive result is **50% to you and 50% to TRAIEX**. Freeze can raise your share to **80%**, reducing the platform share to 20%.
Assessment follows the **UTC calendar day (UTC+00:00)** and combines realized PnL from closed Base and Pro trades after trading fees. A loss in one strategy offsets a gain in the other within that day. Changes in open-position value are excluded. A zero or negative combined result incurs no platform profit-share charge.
**Formula:** positive combined daily realized PnL after trading fees × the platform share rate.
**Within one day:** Base +100 USDT and Pro −80 USDT give +20 USDT. At a 50% platform share, the charge is 10 USDT.
**Across separate days:** earlier losses are not carried forward. After −100 USDT on day one and +60 USDT on day two, the second-day charge at a 50/50 split is 30 USDT. Your combined result is −70 USDT. This example excludes subscription costs.

## Start a strategy
1. Open **Trading**. If no subscription is active, select **Start Trading**.
2. Choose a plan and review its details.
3. Set the trading deposit within the permitted range and available Spot balance.
4. Select an available pair, such as BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT.
5. Choose **Conservative**, **Balanced** or **Aggressive**.
6. Read the terms, review the fee and confirm activation.
7. Check the activation result, selected pair, allocated amount and running status in **Trading**.
A paid subscription and an actively trading strategy are different states. Verify both after setup.
## Risk modes
The available modes are **Conservative**, **Balanced** and **Aggressive**. They change the strategy configuration; none removes market risk or guarantees a return. Read the parameters shown for your selected strategy before applying a change.
## Monitor and manage
Use **Dashboard** for a summary and **Trading** for strategy details. **Adjust allocation**, **Adjust Risk**, **Change Subscription** and **Withdraw** manage different actions.
Stopping prevents new trades from opening; already open trades continue until they close. Stopping is not an immediate conversion of all positions into an available cash balance. See [Strategy Management](https://traiex.gitbook.io/user-guides/strategy-management).

## Trai and TRAIX
